When I was planning my wedding I had an idea in mind to incorporate a locket that held pictures of the important women in my and my fiance’s family who had passed on so that in some way they would be with us that day- my mother, grandmother, Oma and my fiance’s mother. I knew that to do so I would have to find a jeweler to work with who could make my vision come to life, but every option seemed prohibitively expensive. Then one day I came across an advertisement for Bel. Bridal and I was very impressed by Isobel’s designs and her use of swarovski crystals in pieces that were both beautiful and reasonably priced.
She invited me to work with her and not only did she make my vision come to life, we designed unique necklace and earring sets for each of my bridesmaids.
Isobel was an absolute joy to work with. She completed all of the jewelery faster than I ever dreamed possible and when later my tastes changed and I asked her to re-design my earrings and add an extra jewelery set, she did so without question, even though at the time she was in the final stage of her pregnancy!
